Academic Overload and freebie

Bet you been wondering why Kat has not shared any of her pages this week? Well I have been scrapping all week!!! Just could not share them till today! These are my pages for the new HUGE Kit Academic Overload created by Clever Monkey Graphics and Saxon Holt Designs!!! OMG ladies this is the KIT to have for all the school day photos you need to scrap. Great thing is you can buy parts of it, and built your own kit and there are over 50 packets of papers and elements to choose from!!! How cool is that? I won, I vented and I created

Wow talk about one hell of a week, I almost gave scrapping all up again. But some very good pals help me though it and I want to thank them all for the wonderful support and love! You girls rock!!!! So what got me so upset with the digiworld, I did start a thread, venting about all the CRAP you get in a kit when you buy it! Yeah I was venting!!! Shit I spend a lot of money on digi goods!! You can read all about it here and one drama queen designer !!!!!!! Beware this is a long thread, so get something to drink!!!

I had the thread shut down due to a very close scrap pal of mine, she is on a VERY WELL KNOWN designers CT and that designer emailed her and the rest of her CT to go to the thread and bash me for calling her stuff crap, which was NOT the case!!! Four of them ignored the email and were mind blown she did this.

And the last repliers saying I had the problem, after this designer did this!!!! I'm peeved and have a right to be!!! Well HELL YEAH I could oust her...But no I won't stoop that low!!!! So I just scrap all damn day and stay out of my love DST before I go went and said something I will regret!!! LOL Ya know my big mouth!!

Well it was one of the heated threads I even seen at DST!!! So many designers sent me coupons and GC to try out their packing all saying that those designers do not represent all digi designers views! I want to thank each and every one of them!!! And it's good to see that some designers like to really know what their customers think!!

A very dear friend said, "Even if you educated ONE designer into repackaging her stuff better then I say your job is well done." YEAH!!!! And I think quite a few were listening too!!! I have my list of who I like to buy from and there are few designers I now will not buy from nor will I lead my clients that way. Now not all designers posted were drama queens and they shared with us what all that stuff was there for, and I appreciated their input!!! Well I want to put this behind me now and go on to scrapping because its a passion for me!

Ok well I also won tons of wonderful goodies at DST's "Happy Place" doing the happy dance!!!! First I will start with "Tenderness Colors" created by NANINE You can grab it here! Thanks Nan I love this kit. Then I got "Sweet Lullaby" created by Rustic Charm Creations, a beautiful baby kit with many other uses! Thanks RCC I love this and have a few baby photos of new twin cousins to scrap soon. I would of told you where to get this but the TOU had no store nor blog link. Sorry! Ohhh and I got this sweet wonderful kit "Fruttini" created by Strawberries Designs I love all the fruit in this kit so summery and fun! You can grab it here. I also got the beautiful "'Sea Adventures' QP Album created by Shayarka Designs!!! There so very pretty and a wonderful way to display some beachy photos. You can grab theme here. OHHHHHHHH W&W had a post where you could post as many times as you wanted and I did!!!! Here is my photo for SSD's FOBTY!!! We had to post a photo on our blogs of a place we went to in July, so here is mine. Rogala's is a local watering hole in Garden City, MI and my aunt Carrie works there, July 12th they had a car show, so a few of us got together and surprised her. We had so much fun.
